    I think I have a good start on cooking sustainably, but I need to eat out less. I am trying to bring my reusable doggie bag with me each time also

    In Germany a lot of people do composting, so do I. Since the global political situation feels instabil, I do more vegetable gardening, using my compost, using seeds for plants that brings new seeds (no f1 hybris). Try to set up a circle.

    Yesterday I spearheaded a trash pickup in my neighborhood. I had 11 volunteers show up. The entrance to our neighborhood looks great now.

    I have worked with many nonprofits, but my favorite is the Care and Share Time Bank (CSTB)!  There is just so much one can do!  And the payoff for connecting through the CSTB is that you strengthen the community and help others!

    Every day, I promote and work on things for the Care and Share Time Bank.  We exchange services, advice, and information, and, in the process, build community, self-value, friendships, and more.  It is a fabulous part of my life!

    If you stay inside, there is less interaction with other people. Probably you watch more TV, so it is easier to get influenced, see too much bad news on screen. I think, staying too much inside leads to disconnection of nature and people. You can visit every place on earth, having a device in front of you, but it will never be the same,...
