David Rye 4/17/2024 9:04 AMInteresting webinar on seafood. I learned the importance of looking for the marine stewardship council blue fish label that regulates sustainable fishing practices. I'm happy to report the products I have purchased fall under these guidelines, But I could do better at purchasing local/domestic products. I found a company called Ekone that produces farm raised shellfish for canning right here in WA. The farming of mussels and other bivalves actually helps improve the water quality of the Puget sound -
