    One of my favorite YouTube channels called Gold Shaw Farms go into length about how they built their regenerative agriculture farm. Its also an entertaining watch!

    I picked up litter walking around my neighborhood. It makes the neighborhood look more appealing.

    Interesting webinar on seafood. I learned the importance of looking for the marine stewardship council blue fish label that regulates sustainable fishing practices. I'm happy to report the products I have purchased fall under these guidelines, But I could do better at purchasing local/domestic products. I found a company called Ekone that produces farm raised shellfish for canning right here in WA. The farming of mussels and other bivalves actually helps improve the water quality of the Puget sound

    I received a free apple watch with my phone upgrade and so I gifted my old watch to a family member. Keeps it out of the landfill!

    Although I don't eat palm oil, I do work in a facility that uses palm oil derivatives to make cleaning products. These derivatives are in fact RSPO certified

    Coffee to go cups are more robust and can be filled by starbucks upon request

    Plastic is everywhere in modern life. Much of which is unnecessary. I will do my part by using reusable bags and reusable water bottles
