  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health and Well-Being
Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What changes did you make to improve your sleep, and how did they affect your day?

Getting ~6-7 hours of sleep but sleeping late affects my sleep quality. I'm actively working towards getting 8 hours of sleep and sleeping by 11pm to improve circadian rhythm

One of my ecochallenges is to share sustainable materials innovations, so here's one: Cruz foam makes foam to replace EPE and EPS out of 70% upcycled food waste (discarded crustacean shells turned into chitin). Their foam is certified as bio-based and home compostable. https://www.cruzfoam.com/

I'm lucky to work in Sustainability and be able to connect with companies with sustainable innovations that we could potentially use in our products or processes. Here's a cool innovation I read about for solar cell recycling: https://www.goodnewsnetwork.org/new-method-can-recycle-all-parts-of-a-modern-solar-cell-with-water-we-can-recycle-everything/
