    While I am not fully optimistic about a full recovery and fully sustainable society in the near future, I am dedicated to doing my part and developing a sustainable mindset. This year in particular is a game changer. A turning point. We must keep focused and convince our society that the earths ecosystem is a fragile one.

    I've enjoyed taking part in this years Ecochallenge : my home, my fridge and my rubbish bin are looking different ! Better. Less waste & less clutter definitely helps with my mental health.

    Decided this weekend we (Husband and myself) would do a bit of 'self care', which really helped with ensuring anxiety for the week ahead was reduced, Recommend just taking some time out and doing the silly things, like feet masks/massage and face masks

    The cleaning products industry has an opportunity for change to engage environmentalists. More and more are realizing the water is being polluted to hazardous levels.

    I started a challenge with some friends and now i have to exercise every day for the next 30 days

    I hope the amount reduced in the electric bill is significant hahahaha. Another action that i did in march and had a positive effect was buying a electric filter/ water dispender with cold water. That made me stop opening the fridge for cold water and the electric bill had a significant reduction
