    How did being mindful of vehicle idling change your perspective on fuel consumption and air quality? What other transportation habits can you adopt to reduce your environmental impact?

    I’ve always been mindful about vehicle idling. I make sure not to keep the engine running when it's not needed. In fact, I often speak to others about this, it’s a small step, but it goes a long way.

    Growing up in the hills, I was surrounded by fresh air, greenery, and a deep sense of connection with nature. That upbringing made me very conscious about protecting the environment. Even today, I prefer walking for short distances, and I use the metro whenever it’s convenient. These simple choices may not seem like much, but they reflect what I truly value—a cleaner, healthier planet for all of us.

      I've been testing my solar cell this week in preparation for a human-powered trek from Liechtenstein to England in June. As an added challenge, I intend to power my comms and navigation (phone) via a solar cell and battery storage. This will help me to keep my phone topped-up when wild camping.

    I took my puppies for a long walk after spending over a month barely stepping outside due to the heavy workload of recent weeks. It was refreshing to take the time to see and appreciate the sunset while playing and running with them.
