I am a vegetarian. I consume milk & dietary as my primary source of food consumption. I have decided to reduce it zero as soon as possible. The alternate I would prefer would be plant based such as ground nut for calcium. Fenugreek seeds for cooling effect as a replacement of butter milk. I am already consuming millets which are known for slow digestion. This would keep my hunger under control. Brown sugar in place of white sugar. Also reduced the intake of brown sugar by 50% from today.

I decided some time ago not to use air conditioning systems in my home if the temperature is within the range set by Spanish regulations for commercial premises (more than 27ºC to turn on the air conditioning, less than 19ºC to turn on the heating). I've learned that even if it's less comfortable, I can adjust my clothes whenever I am hot or cold. By limiting my consumption, I realized I reduced my impact on the environment and discovered my true adaptability, proving that I can be less dependent on instant comfort.
In the future, I will maintain this conscious approach in my consumption habits, prioritizing need over want and looking for creative ways to adapt to circumstances without compromising my environmental values.
