Learned from our pest control that certain indoor pesticides to prevent common insects ( ants, roaches) may attract field mice due to the scent.

Teeth cleaning. I had braces at 35 years old and promised to take very good care of my teeth since!

Found myself by a lake today, “fishing” for golf balls for my nephews and brother. Somehow turned into wandering around like I was a kid again—just exploring, pockets filling up, not a care in the world. Funny how the simplest things can bring that kind of peace and joy.

At first, my mind was all over the place. But sitting on this bench under the tree, with the lake in front of me, everything slowly started to settle.

It reminded me how rare it is to pause and just be present. Even a few minutes like this helped me feel more grounded and clear.

Something I’d like to make part of my everyday routine.

During meditation, I noticed my mind became calmer and clearer. Afterward, I felt more at peace and less overwhelmed. Practicing mindfulness and gratitude helps me stay grounded and supports my well-being by allowing me to move through my day with more clarity and without guilt.

Mint varieties will soon be in full bloom this summer! Perhaps used for Kentucky Derby?? Always a natural remedy to get rid of Ants! No use of harmful chemicals!
