I think the hardest place to avoid plastic is at the grocery store. I will always look for alternatives especially with produce by purchasing single products and going to the local market instead.

I notice that I have a lot more food waste then I would have thought. I do save some food scraps to use to make broth in the future, but the rest is used to feed my garden. I am growing many fruit trees as well as vegetable and flowers that will be thrilled to have some nutrient dense compost.
