    I didn’t manage every day since I got the flu… But the activity I always enjoy most is line dancing! It is great for the brain, since you need to remember many choreographies. It is social, you don’t need a partner, you get to hear a lot of good music and you get exercise. So much fun!

    When it comes to my daily excercise I totally messed up. First I got the flu and when I recovered I hurt my knee. Haven’t been able to excercise for 2 weeks….😢

    How did shortening your showers affect your awareness of water conservation? What other water-saving practices can you adopt in your daily routine?

    Every time I shower I think about the consumption and I’m look forward to my next bill to see the difference.
    Other actions I’ve taken is:
    I always keep a carafe with water in my fridge so I don’t have to waste water when I’m thirsty.
    I save the water I boiled my eggs in, let it cool and water my flowers with it🤗

    Went to the local football ground to play some football. Wet, but fresh air and exercise! :)

    Forcing myself to go to bed 30 minutes earlier than usual now during April. It's perhaps a little bit easier to get up in the morning, but don't see a big difference overall. :)
