Last year during hiking we stopped at this place and wanted to have a short break. The short break turned into an hour and a half, as the atmosphere and the stream had such a calming effect that we lost track of time. These are the moments you have to enjoy with nature.

A simple but effective tip for sustainability: use a reusable shopping bag. Always keep one in your bag or in your car, so when you go shopping you don't have to use a plastic bag. It's a small step, but if many people follow it, it can have a significant impact on reducing plastic waste 🌍♻️

We organized a solar observation as part of Earth Week. Unfortunately, the sky was cloudy and rain was approaching, but we managed to attend a brief lecture about the equipment and astronomy.

Pollinators like bees, butterflies, and moths are essential to our daily lives. They help produce one in every three bites of food we eat, including fruits, vegetables, and nuts . Bees play a crucial role in pollinating crops such as apples, strawberries, and tomatoes . To support pollinators and ensure they continue to thrive, consider...

We cleaned up the area around our plant from trash. A lot of construction waste, tyres, and household waste and cigarette butts were thrown away. It's outrageous that we deface the beauty of nature with garbage. Why does anyone think they have the right to pollute our environment like this?! The cleared area is a meadow and a small wood area...

I have replaced the deodorant at home, from one containing aluminum to a purely natural one. It's true that the ones containing aluminum mask the smell more during sports, but the body also absorbs the aluminum. A natural product is good for the body. We have replaced dishwasher soap with a natural product based on water and citrus. For our...

We plan our hiking routes in advance and take care not to spend the night in nature reserves. If no bivouac is available, we pitch our tent where there are few green areas and no natural animal tracks are visible (not only good for the animals but also good for us ;) ). We try to take as much as possible with us in reusable packaging and can...

Some sites represent the historical value and tradition of cultures and peoples that no longer exist today. We should always treat them with the utmost respect, regardless of whether or not we share the same faith, religion or worldview. It is very interesting to read about different cultures, but personally I am also a fan of visiting and...

I don't use running water for washing dishes, I usually use a dishwasher, and I only start it when it's full. We usually fill it up in 1 day. And I try to use the eco program.

We had a smoothie day at the company today. A banana-blueberry-strawberry smoothie made with plant-based oat milk. I usually start my day with a green smoothie made with salad, cucumber, spinach, parsley, lemon, ginger, apple, and avocado.
