    I start this journey focus in two of my everyday habits my drinking water and my coffee
    So I buy a reusable glass bottle for water and a thermos for my coffee. Now in the end of this journey I am watching the amount of the waste that I has doing in only 30 days and for only a couple of habits I have and I am really disappointed with my self about the waste I make the past years. I believe that everyone must try because its worth it. I think that is time to act!!!!

    Climate + Air Declutter My Home Without the Landfill
    How did it feel to intentionally declutter with putting things into the landfill? What did you learn along the way about yourself and our consumer and waste systems?

    The best way to really reduce waste is to change our future habits. What I’ve bought and kept in the past is already accounted for. The money has gone, the item made, and the time spent.
    Pledge to make small changes to buy more intentionally, reduce the influx of new items into my home. Commit to living a life with less stuff and more joy from this day forward.

    If you’re committed to living greener, you probably know how to recycle everyday items like bottles and cans, but recycling or reusing these bigger items is just as important as those things you do on a daily basis. The reality is that our homes are where a large portion of our carbon footprint is made. Getting rid of clutter without adding to landfill waste is a great start, and keeping it clean with eco-friendly products is an even better way to make a big impact and keep your carbon footprint low. Repair instead of buying new item if you have to get new devices, check with the store to see if they have a buyback or they take the old device away for disposal when the new one is delivered.

    I had a chance to participate on beach clean up at Edem Beach Palio. The shores here witnessed a remarkable transformation thanks to a team of approx. 60 passionate volunteers. This beach clean-up initiative aimed to combat the pervasive issue of marine litter threathing the coastal ecosystems. All the volunteers were local residents. Some of them said that as children they grew up thinking the sea should be taken care of, as it provides all the good things in life, they would like to preserve it for their children and grandchildren. This is the true power of community.

    I would like to eat less meat and instead of it I would like to eat more vegetables.
