April 16 at 3:20 PMTook our little one to the local zoo and found out she really likes the meerkats. Ended up getting her a little stuffed meerkat on the way out of the park. Ended the day by planting some wildflower seeds in the backyard with the family so hopefully those grow and he get some wildlife to come around.

April 12 at 5:01 PMManaged to get some extra sleep last night and had more than enough energy for a long day today. Amazing what an extra 30 minutes to an hour of quality sleep can do for you.

April 8 at 12:40 PMI now get about 6 hours of sleep each night. I've started meditating at bedtime to calm my thoughts, and it's really helped me fall asleep more easily. I will make it a point to put my phone down as soon as I lie down, since it was a major distraction that kept my mind active.
