I performed a detailed personal audit of my internal energy consumption at home: Once I determined my average consumption I will start the first step which is to eliminate those that are not relevant and easy to eliminate, for example a wine cooler that we don't use anymore but was still connected. Second stage is to use technology for lighting based on presence or to adjust the brightness levels of open areas based on proportional dimming, I know it sounds complex, but it really isn't and it's economical to do - and finally define a maximum consumption goal and check it against my bills to make sure it is improving.

Where in your life do you emit the most carbon? What change are you willing to make in your daily life to reduce this output?

After taking the carbon footprint I noticed that the biggest impacts requires, for lack of better words...money in order to improve this areas (change automovile $$, solar panels $$, improve equipment at home $$)....most people would find these changes impossible to do under this economy, However there are little things that we can start doing in our daily routine like lower food waste, adopt plants, put a timer when showering!! even if they seem to be small in comparison to the "big CO2 spenders" these small actions can be done by so many people that they will indeed make a difference at the end. So, let's not be discouraged and start small b/c small actions have a big impact at the end.

    Forests offer live.
I watch the below video about the 3 types of FSC labels in order to identify each one when purchase wood or paper.

      Forests benefit you by:

      • Providing clean air.
      • Offering relaxation.
      • Enabling outdoor activities.
      Look for certifications like:
      • FSC
      • SFI
      • PEFC
These ensure sustainable and responsible forest management. 🌳

by not doing enough carpooling, having 2 cars using gas instead of having hybrids or electric cars, too many flights.
I´m willing to make changes in electric consumption, changing bulbs, heating system, changing to hybrid cars, trying not to take too many flights
