I did the complete audit of my water consumption and found during shower I find there are more amount of water getting wasted. Hence decided to go for the traditional way of bathing instead of using modern shower. I feel it’s nothing wrong or shame in using traditional method

我认识到生态保护是一项持久而艰巨的任务。在参与生态保护活动的过程中，看到了许多环境问题的复杂性和困难性。许多自然资源的过度开采和污染已经造成了严重的生态问题，比如水源污染、土地退化和物种灭绝。这些问题不仅需要政府和环保组织的努力，更需要每个人的共同参与和长期坚持。因此，我深深认识到，生态保护不是一蹴而就的，而是一个需要大家齐心协力、日复一日、年复一年不断进行的过程。

Participate in community volunteer activities, clean up the garbage in the grass for the community and publicize the knowledge of garbage classification.

我在生活中碳排放最多的应该是我比较喜欢肉类，包括牛肉猪肉鸡肉等等。以后我会多选择鱼类和蔬菜类食物。

在工作中不断的改善，尽可能的开发自动化项目。在生活中减少水资源浪费，并且在条件允许的地方改成太阳能灯减少排放。
