    • Optimise bathing: Choose shorter showers (under 5 minutes) or use a bucket for bathing instead of a running shower to significantly reduce water consumption.
    • Manage laundry and dishes: Only run the washing machine and dishwasher when you have a full load.
    • Reuse water: Use water used for washing fruits and vegetables to water indoor plants or your garden.
    • Water plants wisely: Water your garden early in the morning or late in the evening to minimise water loss through evaporation.
    • Harvest rainwater: Collect rainwater in barrels or tanks for outdoor activities like gardening or cleaning vehicles

    Reducing plastic in daily hustle is the task i signed up and consciously making efforts from last two years.

    Simple activity I like to share here which I do everyday is not to cut corners of milk pack. These small corners if cut separately will be difficult to manage in entire recycling process.

    I had a good 3 KMs walk and stretching exercise. Felt very fresh and energetic.

    I have a Heavy craving for Sugar, but trying to maintain and avoid sugar this time. Instead eating fruits.
