I watched a lot of documentaries about food waste. The most interesting out of them was beef agriculture which has a major impact on the land and has a major impact because of the amount of methane produced. It was actually alarming to see the stats around it. I have decided to consiously shift to plant based food options.

One practice I already have is using steel bottles everywhere I go to reduce the use of single use plastic bottles. A new thing I will incorporate in my lifestyle is the practice of composting.

Loved looking at the trees and the plants in that route.
