    Which high carbon foods will you eat less of, and what are some low carbon options you'll choose instead?

    Some high carbon foods I will consume less of would be beef, pork, and cheese. Instead, I will try to eat more fish and poultry, which are lower in carbon, but are still a great source of protein.
