    After using it, I put my cooking oil in a container and tracked how much I used over the course of a week. I was taken aback to realise how much oil I was consuming when I saw the quantity. Therefore, I made an effort to cook with less oil and began limiting my intake of fried meals in order to safeguard the environment and my health.
