April 17 at 7:43 AMYesterday I implemented a new bin in our OR breakroom for plastics. I will be in charge of taking plastics to the recycling location.

April 17 at 6:19 AMIt’s been hard to keep up the commitment to exercise daily. I typically get my 10k steps in, but I have not been able to make it to the gym as often as I would like. I find it difficult to prioritize exercise, but I want to stay committed for my health and wellbeing. I'm hoping expressing this to this feed will be helpful to me. Keep up the...

April 17 at 5:36 AMI love the bulk section at grocery stores! Not only can I reuse containers, but I can control the amount I purchase. I get flour, herbs, spices, seeds and nuts in this section. It helps me control costs too!

Reduce your carbon footprint by eating less meat, saving energy with LED bulbs, unplugging electronics, and using public transit or biking. These daily actions significantly reduce waste and...

April 16 at 7:27 AMGood morning my fellow echochallenge friends! How is everyone doing today? I witnessed something that I wanted to share with you all. Someone at my local park cut down branches on trees at the local park which I think demonstrates good moral and values. I am a huge fan of trees in fact I live in Tremont ( fun fact in my town we encourage the...

April 15 at 11:38 AMWater is precious and we all need to be aware of how much we are using and how much we should be using. I think especially in the areas we live people don't think about how valuable and precious our water really is.

April 15 at 8:40 AMI joined the Earth Month Ecochallenge to challenge myself to be more aware of the ecosystems around me. I take so much for granted that sometimes we forget how blessed we really are to be where we currently are! I am looking for any recommendations of places to visit (Arboretums, etc ) Please reply if you have any! Thanks!
