I enjoy cooking and adding plant-based foods whenever I can. I recently made a chickpea wrap that was super tasty. Plant based foods require less energy, water, and land compared to meat. What are some actions everyone is taking this week?

This is my favorite time of year! I’ve been trying to take more walks around our neighborhood and visit the nearby parks.
