April 30 at 2:43 PMThanks for hosting the challenge. It was interesting to track and keep accountable for the period of time. It will definitely be something I carry forward.
-
April 30 at 2:41 PMI haven't been able to advance this further, but I am going to do more research and see if I can get something installed soon. I

April 29 at 10:53 AMI have not installed a filter, but did read up a bunch about them, and found one that I thought might be a good option, but have read a bunch of complaints about it not being effective. Over the past few years, I have been trying more and more to only wash clothes that really need it. Will I always feel a bit weird sniffing my shirts/hoodies...

This reduces packaging waste, our household exposure to chemicals, as well as reduces the energy waste from shipping large amounts of water with the cleaning agents. We have sampled buying eco-friendly toilet bowl...

April 29 at 10:32 AMPicked up a bag of trash at Minnewanka lake.
-
April 22 at 8:22 AMGoing to pick up trash for a day with entire family including my 10 year old son. We are planning to clean +10 km of highway section with the help of community friends.
-
April 22 at 7:53 AMFood and transportation causes me to emit the most carbon. The amount of carbon emitted is shocking!
-
April 22 at 7:20 AMI have used reuseable bags for a number of years, so this one comes fairly easy to me. I always keep a stash by the door so we can grab them on the way out of the house, but I also keep some in my car.
