    Changing my sleeping patterns by going to bed half hour or an hour early than normal. Waking up the following day makes me feel well rested.

    Exercising helps releases minor stress and keeps my mind clear just by going outside and walking my dog around the complex and park.

    How did replacing old bulbs with LED bulbs make you feel about reducing your energy consumption? What other small energy-saving actions could you take to reduce your environmental impact?

    I replaced 2 old bulbs to energy bulbs. It lowered a little. Other small energy saving actions I took is closing window blinds when getting warmer outside to keep the inside cool. Change laundry hours to off peak hours to lower cost consumption.

    It feels awesome when you perform random kindness. She expressed to me that my kindness in helping her and appreciated my patience towards her.

    On this day, I took a trial class at a local martial arts center. I was certainly nervous since it was new to me, but it was actually pretty fun. I learned a few new moves, broke a board(!), sparred a bit. One of my sparring partners was very patient while I was trying to figure out if I was moving right. The other one didn't give an inch to me as a newbie so I really know how much I have to learn! My daughter tried out the parkour class at the same time and really enjoyed it. Looks like we will have something new to keep our bodies moving.

    Being time for spring cleaning, I am trying to declutter and pass on items we aren't using much anymore. So far, I've been able to donate several items of clothing, coaxed my daughter into dropping off some of her outgrown books at a neighborhood Little Library, and I've donated some craft items to the public library for their craft room.

    I replaced my laundry detergent. Avoiding chemicals and dyes. I like the change however it just a little costly.
