Starting on January 1, 2025, I started a Mediterranean diet and have been trying to eat more and more veggies and fruits. For breakfast each day I have a smoothie with cherries, peaches, kale, spinach, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, pomegranates, and bananas. At lunch I have a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, hummus, and carrots.
