    Supporting programs with emerging leaders is important to all of us! It is our future that we are investing in. As a mom of a preteen, it is important for our kids to learn to be leaders in all aspects of their lives.

    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now? What was the most challenging part of reducing refined sugar, and how did you overcome it?

    I am 3000% addicted to sugar but it is something that I have been working on. I do feel a lot better when I watch my sugar intake.

      Right there with you. During Lent, I've made an effort to replace protein with sugar, but it's definitely not my go-to.
