    My event I'm hosting isn't until May 18th but I sent the invites out - I'm going to do a Ladies Brunch (Mother/Daughter) where we will eat and have someone teach us how to arrange flowers!

    What did you observe or experience while spending time outside, and how did it affect you? How does connecting with nature enhance your physical and mental well-being?

    I took an early walk before work and walked to and from the train! I knew it would be raining the rest of the week (Chicago weather is so crazy right now) so tried to maximize my outdoor time when the weather is decent.

    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now? What was the most challenging part of reducing refined sugar, and how did you overcome it?

    No sugar in my coffee this morning! I find myself craving it, but don't feel great when I consume it. Trying to really limit it is challenging especially when so many foods have refined sugar, but I have taken steps to remove it from my rotation.
