Dishwashers can save water — if used wisely. I will only run the dishwasher when it’s full and skip the pre-rinse to reduce water and energy use. If I don't have a dishwasher, I will turn off the tap as often as possible while washing dishes.

    Collecting rain water, made me realize how little rain we get in California. Raising my appreciation for sustainable water usage. I will likely use the rain water to water our plants.

    I already eat very forest friendly, but I will continue to try to eat more nuts, bananas, and acai, in order to be more forest friendly. It's important to me to protect the forest, because that's where thousands of my favorite species live.

    My new dishwashing habits, made me realize how much water is wasted during minute tasks. I could turn the water off when I'm brushing my teeth to save more water.

    Joining cooking club allowed me to connect with new people that share my passion for cooking and cuisine. Belonging to a group is important because it adds greater sociability to your life, and allows you to be less lonely.

    I didn't experience any significant challenges in hosting a gathering. The most rewarding part of bringing people together, was getting to socialize as an entire group. It had been a while since my entire friend group had been together. It felt good to connect again.

    It felt amazing to reach out to an old friend. It allowed us to strengthen our relationship, and connect over new topics. I was able to provide support, and hopefully help someone else feel less alone.

    I made sure that all fire alarms in my house were working. I also made a map that illustrated exits in my house.

    This checkup was booked over a year ago. I felt very accomplished and healthy after my checkup.

    I found that meditation gave me a greater sense of zen and relaxation. it has become one of my favorite hobbies.
