    I have been spending time outside with my boyfriend's two dogs! Junior (the lab) and Rocky (the husky)! It has been nice to get out and get fresh air, on the nice days! It makes my mind feel clear.

    Today I listened to a podcast that talks about the heal drop exercise! You rise on your tip toes and drop down to make an audible thud! Its supposed to help make you feel grounded.
