Sharing builds common understanding. I will share 3 definitions of resilience that resonate with me—through conversations, social media, or the event feed—to help others explore what resilience means.

Reaching out to others and getting a let up in support. Let others provide guidance and structure even if you don't immediately see how it will work out. It will work out, sometimes it just takes time to grow.

Resilience and learning some techniques on adapting to change was a huge win for me today. I tried the two min timer to jump start activation energy and it worked! i find trying out different strategies satisfying and appreciate this challenge for helping me while I help the earth!.
Today, my Mason bees are out and about! learning about them and getting their house all set up was a pleasure i will continue over the years. A really fun project that is great for any age since they don't sting!
