Personal
Exercise Daily
Daily movement supports our physical and mental health. I will spend 30 minutes each day exercising in a way that feels good to me, such as walking, running, stretching, or dancing.
Personal
Enjoy Fruits and Veggies
Eating a wide variety of colorful fruits and vegetables is a simple way to boost our personal health and support a more resilient food system. I will prepare and enjoy 2 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.
Personal
Prioritize Getting Enough Sleep
Good sleep is essential for a healthy body and mind. I will prioritize getting 120 minutes of quality sleep each night and develop a bedtime routine that supports rest and relaxation.
Work and Organizations
Recognize Someone’s Contribution
Recognition strengthens trust and connection. I will recognize 1 people in my organization for their contributions, showing appreciation that helps build resilience and morale.
Personal
Reduce Refined Sugar
Cutting back on refined sugar can improve energy, mood, and overall health. I will limit my intake of sugary snacks and drinks by reducing refined sugar in meals or snacks each day.

REFLECTION QUESTIONPersonalHow did exercising each day impact your physical and mental resilience? What activities helped you feel stronger, more flexible, or more capable of adapting?
Lauren Woodard 4/14/2026 9:09 PMPlayed pickle ball tonight for 2 1/2hrs and it just felt good to feel worn out from a physical activity and not just worn out from work. Getting motion from an extracurricular activity that helped move different muscle groups. I know I sleep better when I can walk or do some other exercise outside of work.
