Bringing a reusable lunch box to work and bringing your own washable utensils is a great alternative to achieve work life sustainability, in comparison to purchasing a work cafeteria lunch and throwing about cafe plastic utensils!

Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What changes did you make to improve your sleep, and how did they affect your day?

In order to achieve my sleeping goal of 120 more minutes, or 8 hours total, I have began to eliminate and reduce wasted time. While I am losing 2 hours of being awake, I can work to ensure it won't affect my productivity by eliminating other tasks that don't benefit to my overall work and school success. One example of this is gaming with friends late into the night. While I may feel more stressed throughout this sleeping experience as I am missing out on fun times with friends hopefully my sleep benefits outweigh the other mental pressures, that relaxing tasks like gaming helped reduce. In order to achieve this goal I have outlined a 24 hour weekly schedule that I will be working to hold myself to, so I can best succeed in my work and school life rather than prioritizing a fun social life.
