Sydney Wise 4/30/2025 4:21 AMDuring my meditation, I found my emotions to be relatively calm. Though, I did feel bored after about 20ish minutes of it. I find meditating to be challenging in the beginning because my thoughts are everywhere, but I calm myself towards the middle and end of it.
