1 month vegetarian; for sure going forward, eating meat will become an exception.
I loved the vegetarian food, and even more when you realize what a gamechanger it will be if we all eat a bit less meat.

  • Reflection Question
Basic Needs & Security Take 5-Minute Or Less Showers
With 5-minute or less showers reducing your water footprint, what do you plan to add next to your water conservation habits?

    Showering within 5 min.
Last month only a challenge after my Saterdaymorning 18k runs, otherwise quite normal
  • Reflection Question

What did you watch, and what was the most important thing you learned in the documentary(ies) you watched? How does what you learned connect to your understanding of climate change and Earth Month?

Today I watched David Attenboroughs witness statement " A life on Our Planet" for the second time. Still very impressive and love the positive note at the end; " it's not too late and if we've the will, we can manage our impact and becomes a species in balance with nature" .

quite a tough start of the eco challenge.
