I loved the vegetarian food, and even more when you realize what a gamechanger it will be if we all eat a bit less meat.

Watch the short video below to learn the basics.
You'll be an Earth Month Ecochallenge 2023: Sustainable Development Goals expert in no time!
"If we want, we can do it!"
I will walk or bike (no e-bike) rather than taking the bus or car, or I will use the steps rather than the elevator...
I will reuse an "old" furniture either buying a second-hand one, refurbishing an old-fashioned one or making sure someone else is using one that I am not using anymore.
On Wed 19th April, I will attend Emerson's Global Earth Week Webinar to learn about the importance of individual action in our collective journey to sustainability.
I will sign up to the Sustainability Aficionados distribution list to receive global news on sustainability at Emerson, including world news and Greening OF, BY and WITH news.
I will take at least one of the Emerson Global Environmental Sustainability Training modules available on the Global Learning Center to learn more about this important topic for the company.
SDG 6
I will save up to 6 gallons (23 L) of water each day by taking 5-minute showers. Tip: Use a timer to practice or count to 60 a few times.
SDG 2
One kilogram of beef and cheese emits 71kg and 24kg of greenhouse gasses, while 1kg of rice, grains, and legumes emits between 2-4kg. Fruits, vegetables, and nuts emit less than 1kg per 1kg. I will reduce my climate impact by enjoying 3 meatless meals and/or 0 vegan meals each day this week.
I will try a new vegan or vegetarian recipe and share how it turns out on the Ecochallenge feed, or with family and friends.
SDG 13
To reduce CO2 emissions each day, I will cut my car trip mileage by only taking necessary trips.
SDG 13, 14, 15
I will watch 3 documentaries about climate change.
SDG 7
I will complete an online energy audit of my home, office, or dorm room and identify my next steps for saving energy.
