    Trees naturally reduce not only pollution, but studies have shown that the presences of trees help your mental health by reducing stress. The 6 fruit trees I planted will also produce nutritious food sources that will last for years to come.

      Trees absorb carbon dioxide and provide shade, reducing the need for air conditioning.

Diversify Your Choices: Explore alternative seafood options beyond popular species like tuna and salmon. Trying new varieties can help alleviate pressure on overfished populations. Reduce Waste: Avoid buying more seafood than you need, and properly store and utilize leftovers to minimize food waste.
