    A habit that I have adopted recently is using ChatGPT to track my calories for the day. This has been great as it helps keep me on track and makes recommendations on what I should eat to round out the day to ensure I am not over/under eating and meeting my goals. It's definitely been a game changer!

      That's awesome! We have late soccer games this week which means there's time for homecooked food. I keep seeing reels of people doing crockpot meals from their trunk. Mad respect getting good food into kids whether it comes from a trunk or not :)

    Prioritizing my sleep and tracking disruptions on my watch has helped me eliminate the things that keep me up at night. I'm an early riser so being more conscious of my sleep habits has been great!
