Dishwashers can save water — if used wisely. I will only run the dishwasher when it’s full and skip the pre-rinse to reduce water and energy use. If I don't have a dishwasher, I will turn off the tap as often as possible while washing dishes.

WhyConnorHere WhyConnorHere 4/30/2025 7:11 PMI prepped only necessary items that can help me get out of tuff situation, basic medical supplies, and not perishable foods. One thing that is very helpful is packing toilet paper. It is very versatile weather acting as a napkin, using to stop minor bleeding, or using for its original purpose. -

WhyConnorHere WhyConnorHere 4/30/2025 7:06 PMI learned that we are prone to flooding due to the palm trees clogging the sewage system. This helps me by letting me know to park my vehicle in an area that is not low and does not have a drain with trees nearby. -

It was awkward to do so but also nice that I was being helpful and useful to those around me. Its definitely help me connect with people in the community and help me realize that everyone is connected in this community. -

WhyConnorHere WhyConnorHere 4/11/2025 5:54 PMIt was enlightening to say the least. I didn't collect any rainwater though. I was expecting some rainfall this week but was disappointed. But I did think of a few ways I would use the rainwater. mainly by watering mother plants.
