    I prepped only necessary items that can help me get out of tuff situation, basic medical supplies, and not perishable foods. One thing that is very helpful is packing toilet paper. It is very versatile weather acting as a napkin, using to stop minor bleeding, or using for its original purpose.

    It helps strengthen the bond by letting the person know that you are there for that person and want to be in their life. It felt rewarding when reaching out but evenly evolved into something natural.

    Expressing helped me improve my overall mobility and helped clear my mind. I enjoyed taking my dog on long walks, to really escape from the stress of the moment.

    I learned that we are prone to flooding due to the palm trees clogging the sewage system. This helps me by letting me know to park my vehicle in an area that is not low and does not have a drain with trees nearby.

    The most rewarding thing about being people together is that you enjoy their company, and they enjoyed yours. The only challenges were scheduling but otherwise, eventful.

    I antennaed an event call High tea where I served tea and food to the elderly. It was awkward to do so but also nice that I was being helpful and useful to those around me. Its definitely help me connect with people in the community and help me realize that everyone is connected in this community.

    I learned that tourist could disrupt the wildlife, especially big crowds of loud people. One way I can help when on my travels in nature is by simply staying quite or speaking in a quite tone to not disturb the peace one animals.

    One thing I could do is keep all trash, even bio-degradable, in my bag. This way, I don't introduce something unnatured in the environment.

    Parrots, ants, common sparrows, seagulls, bee, crow, offspray, Rabbits, racoons, and Rats. This gives us incite on the animals in the area and help determine how the food chain works or what is missing in said food chain.

    It was enlightening to say the least. I didn't collect any rainwater though. I was expecting some rainfall this week but was disappointed. But I did think of a few ways I would use the rainwater. mainly by watering mother plants.
