    While dishing food out, we tend to load our plates with more than we need. Using smaller plates helps to mitigate this. Aside from the environmental benefits, what other benefits might come from eating/serving smaller portions?

    By eating small portion you will be mindful of how healthy you will feel. You got to trick the mind by eating slow. Put healthy food in front of you.

    Great News , I started a Organic Garden : Tomatoes, Collard Green, Baby Spinach, Lettuce and  Swiss Chard. I feel so free when in the Garden.
