    My thoughts are now Clearer and It helps to improve concentration.
    I found it challenging because we need silent space for meditation.

    I have visited to a park. Being outdoors-feeling the breeze, listening to birds, and watching trees, grounds us in the present moment, reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity.

    Due to this challenge, I have switch to reusable bags, bottles, and containers. Also started a practice to Unplug devices when not in use and switch to LED bulbs.
