    As Earth Month Ecochallenge 2025 comes to a close, let's reflect on how much we've done to understand our impact on the environment, what we've learned, and how deeply we're truly engaging with these questions. I sincerely hope this isn't just another activity to gain points, but a challenge that leads to a complete shift in mindset.

    I already separated my waste into organic and recyclable, but yesterday I started categorizing the recyclables into different groups, such as paper, plastic, metal, glass and others.

    It doesn't happen every day that we can go outdoors to exercise, meditate, or even have a balanced meal. However, it is very important to maintain emotional balance and understand that, despite our successes and failures, having good intentions will help us improve each day.

    I confess that I tend to sleep less than necessary. It is a part of my life I should improve. When I sleep enough, it's like I have gained a new battery.

    Exercising is fundamental both to the body and to the mind. I feel like a different person when I can't exercise. I love to walk and go to the gym

    I might have felt my mind more relaxed and noticed an increased awareness of my body. Meditation is both easy and challenging because it gives us a good feeling, but it can also cause some discomfort and make it difficult to calm our minds.
