Take the Pre-Survey
Take the Pre-Event Survey
I’ll take a short pre-survey to share what motivated me to join — and earn 15 points! (If I already took the survey by email, I’ll just mark this action complete to get my points.)
Water
Learn About Water Justice
Access to clean water is a basic human right, yet many communities worldwide lack it. I will spend 10 minutes learning about water justice issues and who is most affected, and share one insight in the feed.
Soil and Food
Enjoy a Meatless Meal
Producing 1 kg of beef emits as much greenhouse gas as driving 150 miles, meanwhile, 1 kg of veggies or grains leaves a much lighter footprint! This week, I’ll shrink my climate impact by having 1 meatless meals meals each day.
Soil and Food
Preserve or Store Food
Preserving food through freezing, drying, or fermenting helps food last longer, reduces waste, and ensures supplies during difficult times. I will preserve or store food during the challenge to strengthen household and community resilience.

REFLECTION QUESTIONWaterWhat water justice issues did you learn about, and who is most affected in your community? How can you contribute to creating equitable access to clean water in your area?
Vincent Truong 4/01/2026 1:21 PMWater justice in Arizona has shown me that access to clean water is deeply shaped by history, policy, and power, not just geography. Indigenous nations, rural communities, and working‑class neighborhoods carry the heaviest burdens, which makes water a core determinant of health. As a future physician, I feel responsible for recognizing these inequities in my patients’ lives and using my role to support community‑led efforts toward fair and secure water access.
