Learn About Ordinary Magic
Resilience is an everyday magic in all of us. I will spend 10 minutes learning about resilience and psychologist Ann Masten’s concept of “ordinary magic,” which shows how people adapt and thrive through small, daily strengths.
Water
Take Shorter Showers
Conserving water helps protect this precious resource. I will shorten my showers to 5 minutes to save water and reduce energy use - each time saving up to 20 gallons (75 L) of water!
Personal
Exercise Daily
Daily movement supports our physical and mental health. I will spend 30 minutes each day exercising in a way that feels good to me, such as walking, running, stretching, or dancing.

I’m happy to be back from traveling so I can get back to exercising. Tonight, I listened to the Artemis II Wake-Up Song playlist and it made for a fun run!!

Kristi Trujillo 4/01/2026 10:05 PMI was able to do some gentle yoga and stretch this evening. It felt good to get back into my body. this type of movement and exercise is helpful to release stress, feel more grounded and be present.
