    I’m happy to be back from traveling so I can get back to exercising. Tonight, I listened to the Artemis II Wake-Up Song playlist and it made for a fun run!!

    How cool to be listening to these songs while the astronauts are floating around in space 👩‍🚀🚀🌕🫶🏽🌎

    I was able to do some gentle yoga and stretch this evening. It felt good to get back into my body. this type of movement and exercise is helpful to release stress, feel more grounded and be present.
