Knowledge of local resources helps communities thrive. I will learn about local resources, especially mutual aid groups, and share them with others on social media, in conversations, or in other ways that help spread the word.

Indigenous communities have stewarded ecosystems for generations through deep-rooted knowledge and connection to nature. I will spend 10 minutes exploring Indigenous conservation methods and reflecting on their role in fostering balance and equity with nature.

Decluttering can reduce stress and benefit others. I will declutter my home and donate items I no longer need to support others in my community.
