    reflecting on something like challenge and negative experience really helps people grow and learnt faster than positive experience, it will raise more of our the awareness if we struggled, we will try our best to escape the bad thing happen again

    resilience is you accept yourself, even it is not at a very good condition but you understand you will try your best to keep it up.

    i always check weather report if i know i will be engaging in outdoor activities, i will wear something that is waterproof on the outside and bring some extra clothing in case may need to change
