    I purchased a bar of natural, package-free soap, which aligns with my values of reducing plastic waste and avoiding harsh chemicals. It supports my goal of living more sustainably while being healthier for both my skin and the planet.

    Replacing old bulbs with LED bulbs made me feel more conscious and proactive about reducing energy consumption. It was a simple yet effective step that showed how small changes can lead to meaningful impact. Other actions I could take include unplugging devices when not in use, using energy-efficient appliances, and turning off lights when leaving a room.
