    I went to the outdoor museum in a town next to me. There are over 50 sculptures spread over several kilometres. I walked with a friend and covered 4km and saw 13 of these large, imposing sculptures.

    Started the day with a 4km walk. It was crisp at -1C and I tried to keep a moderate/ fast pace. Get the circulation going and burn some calories before this long weekend with a lot of festivities!

    Day 17! My College invited a speaker from Societe VIA, the recycling and sorting plant. I learned so much about how the program has expanded to include mylar (chip bags) and certain types of syrofoam.

      Yes! They are amazing! It has completely changed what I throw out now---which is almost nothing! We went on a tour of the facility. It's worth checking it out.

    I used the misting shower nozzle and it uses less water and it is still

    I think I can now call myself flexitarian, mostly vegan with about 60-70% of my weekly meals being vegan.
