The benefits of regenerative agriculture can help reduce greenhouse gases and improve soil health by rotating crops, low to no-tilling crops, lower the amount of pesticides and fungicides that are being used. These are helpful for having a more sustainable food chain supply, but also helps to benefit the soil by it giving more back to us because we are 'feeding and growing' it!
