Regular health check-ups help prevent problems before they start. I will schedule or attend a medical, dental, or mental health check-up to take care of my well-being.

Adding fruits and vegetables to our meals nourishes our body and the planet. I will prepare and enjoy 6 servings of a variety of colorful fruits and veggies.
Good sleep is essential for a healthy body and mind. I will prioritize getting 45 minutes of quality sleep each night and develop a bedtime routine that supports rest and relaxation.
Staying connected strengthens relationships and boosts well-being. Each day, I will reach out to 2 friends or colleagues to check in, have a meaningful conversation, or offer support.
Small acts of kindness and gratitude can brighten someone's day and create a positive ripple effect. I will express gratitude to 5 people or perform 5 random acts of kindness to spread joy and connection.
Local events such as farmers' markets, festivals, or community meetings like town halls are great ways to feel part of a community. I will attend 2 community events to connect with others and learn more about my area.
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
