REFLECTION QUESTIONPersonalBefore you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now? What was the most challenging part of reducing refined sugar, and how did you overcome it?
Clark Stabe 4/07/2026 11:45 AMI make it a daily habit to reduce refined sugar wherever possible, but I have been slipping a bit as it's easy to want a little sweet treat/snack after a meal or during the day. The hardest part is not buying a new/known treat at the store, once it's in my house then I feel like I have to eat it! -

Eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affects my life as I have more energy and feel better both physically and mentally. My go to vegetable snack is cut up peppers - all colors: red, yellow, orange, and green! -
