    Don't think any act is small or big. Start practicing sustainable practices even if you think it is small like
    Carrying Reusable bag
    Carrying own bottle
    Disposing trash properly
    Segregating plastic trash
    Making conscious effort to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle wherever possible.
    Short bath to save water.
    No wastage of food.
    Believe me small actions can make a big difference. Start now as we are already late to preserve mother earth.

    As mother earth soldier or environment protector, things to carry when you go out for shopping - water bottle, Reusable bag, Stainless steel straw and spoon set.
    Believe me small practices can make a big difference.

    Most simple way to support the environment is - Avoid wastage of food in all possible ways.
    • Take only that much how much you can finish it.
    • If you are not sure the taste, take very small serving, so nothing go wasted.
    • In restaurant if not able to finish it, always get it packed and give it to needy on the way.
    • Try different recipes to reuse leftover cooked food in refrigerator.
    Part of India where I grew up, Food is considered as blessing so should not be wasted at all.

    Consuming only what we need vs. what we want can be really hard to do. What has been challenging about committing to this action for a month? What have you learned about yourself? Will you change any habits going forward?

    Pandemic had already taught that there is a way to live happy life just by fulfilling needs. To make choice between what we need Vs. what we want is NOT challenging any more.
    If it is challenging for you then try this out - Change your house and you will realize while shifting how much unnecessary money spent on wants.
    Another way of committin to this action is whenever going for shopping -
    Ask yourself can I manage without this stuff for next 1 month. If response is Yes, then don't but it.
    We as family also check if the stuff will be consumed within a month, then we can buy else no need.
    Even if you can afford it, does not mean that you need to have it.

    Reduce, Reuse and Recycle should not be optional or choice but should be taught and followed everywhere and in all possible ways.
