    I find it really hard to meditate so the last couple of weeks I've been meditating while i'm in the sauna (yay habit stacking!) and I've been able to actually do that and not be distracted. I always feel like I'm so relaxed after and even feel like I can breath easier

    I finally replaced my kitchen all purpose cleaner with a non toxic option! Doing things as they run out but I think laundry detergent is next. Let me know if you have any suggestions

    It made feel so good physically. I feel like I'm always my best self if the space around me is clean and tidy and decluttering is a big part of that

      I actually do a decluttering challenge every January where I declutter one small area every day for the whole month. It makes it more doable and it starts my year off strong. This year was our first year with a baby so it was hard to get it done and this got me back into it.
