    Morning and lunch time walks are priceless - like a big daily hug from the nature! Love morning walks especially - so quiet and helps with better sleep later on

    "Use it or loose it" my daily reminder to keep the body active, do regular stretches during work day, train after work (air bike, circuits etc.) Each drop of sweat is worth it :D
